At EcoSunFire, we are committed to delivering your premium infrared wellness products safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery estimates, and fulfillment procedures. Please note that at this time, we are in our pre-launch phase and do not yet ship products.
As of the effective date of this policy, EcoSunFire is in pre-launch mode. We are currently collecting launch list signups and do not yet accept orders or ship products. This Shipping Policy will become fully effective when we begin accepting product orders, which we anticipate will be in January 2026.
Email Communications: At this time, the only items we "ship" are digital communications (email updates). There are no shipping fees associated with our launch list subscriptions.
When we launch product sales, we will ship to addresses within the continental United States (the lower 48 states). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may be available with additional shipping fees and extended delivery times.

If you refuse delivery or if the shipment is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, etc.), you may be responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees. We will contact you to resolve the issue and arrange reshipment if desired.
Due to the size and weight of our products, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders. Some freight carriers may have restrictions on delivery to certain areas (e.g., military bases, remote locations). If your address has delivery restrictions, we will contact you to find an alternative solution.
