Shipping Policy

Overview

At EcoSunFire, we are committed to delivering your premium infrared wellness products safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery estimates, and fulfillment procedures. Please note that at this time, we are in our pre-launch phase and do not yet ship products.

Pre-Launch Status

As of the effective date of this policy, EcoSunFire is in pre-launch mode. We are currently collecting launch list signups and do not yet accept orders or ship products. This Shipping Policy will become fully effective when we begin accepting product orders, which we anticipate will be in January 2026.

Email Communications: At this time, the only items we "ship" are digital communications (email updates). There are no shipping fees associated with our launch list subscriptions.

Shipping Locations (When Purchases Begin)

Domestic Shipping (United States)

When we launch product sales, we will ship to addresses within the continental United States (the lower 48 states). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may be available with additional shipping fees and extended delivery times.

International Shipping

At launch, our initial focus will be on domestic U.S. fulfillment. International shipping plans will be announced in the future. Join our launch list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Fulfillment Partners

We work with trusted U.S.-based fulfillment partners and freight carriers to ensure fast, reliable delivery. Products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers or manufacturer warehouses located within the United States. This allows us to:

  • Reduce shipping times compared to overseas shipping
  • Provide reliable tracking and delivery updates
  • Minimize the risk of damage during transit
  • Avoid customs delays and international fees

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Specific shipping methods and delivery estimates will be provided at checkout based on your location and the product ordered. In general, we expect to offer:

Standard Ground Shipping

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination
  • Delivery Estimate: 5-10 business days after shipment (varies by location)
  • Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships

Freight Shipping

Due to the size and weight of our infrared wellness products, most orders will be shipped via freight carriers. Freight shipping includes:

  • Curbside Delivery: Driver will deliver to the curb or the closest accessible point to your address
  • Delivery Appointment: Freight carriers typically contact you to schedule a delivery window
  • Signature Required: You or an authorized recipient must be present to sign for the delivery
  • Inspection: Inspect the shipment for visible damage before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.

White Glove Delivery: Some products may offer optional white glove delivery service for an additional fee. This includes delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, and debris removal. Details will be provided on product pages.

Processing and Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods (such as launch week or promotional events), processing times may be extended. We will provide estimated ship dates in your order confirmation email.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your shipment online

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website (when account features are available).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions on select products or orders above a certain threshold. Promotional details will be clearly displayed on our website.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if the order has not yet shipped—contact us immediately at support@ecosunfire.com if you need to update your shipping address.

Delivery Issues

Damaged Shipments

If your product arrives damaged, please:

  • Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing
  • Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Contact us immediately at support@ecosunfire.com with your order number and photos

We will work with you and the carrier to arrange a replacement or refund. Do not discard the damaged product or packaging until we have resolved your claim.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at support@ecosunfire.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If you refuse delivery or if the shipment is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, etc.), you may be responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees. We will contact you to resolve the issue and arrange reshipment if desired.

P.O. Boxes and Freight Restrictions

Due to the size and weight of our products, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders. Some freight carriers may have restrictions on delivery to certain areas (e.g., military bases, remote locations). If your address has delivery restrictions, we will contact you to find an alternative solution.

Shipping Notifications

You will receive email notifications at key stages of your order:

  • Order Confirmation: Immediately after placing your order
  • Processing Update: When your order is being prepared for shipment
  • Shipment Confirmation: When your order has shipped, including tracking information
  • Delivery Confirmation: When your order has been delivered (if provided by carrier)

Backorders and Pre-Orders

If a product is on backorder or available for pre-order, the estimated ship date will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout. You will be notified if there are any changes to the expected ship date.

Shipping During Peak Seasons

During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events, product launches), shipping and delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes and carrier delays. We will provide updated delivery estimates during these periods.
